Yoga is a proven, natural technique that reduces stress, supports the physical body and increases happiness and productivity.

Studies show that regular yoga practice can reduce absenteeism and staff turnover, decrease stress and anxiety in the workplace, increase fitness, strength and flexibility and minimise desk related injuries.
